On May 20, 2025 Colombia’s National Tax and Customs Directorate announced a draft resolution providing extended dates for the filing dates for tax information related to 2024 taxes. For large taxpayers whose ID numbers end with a 9 or 0, the original filing due date of May 12 or 13, 2025, would be extended to May 28, 2025. The resolution could also extend the deadlines for all legal entities and individuals with original deadline dates ranging from May 14 to June 13, depending on the final digit of their tax ID numbers. New due dates for these taxes would range between May 28 to June 13, 2025. Changes as stated will take effect upon the effective date of the final resolution.
