On October 21, 2025 Slovenia’s Financial Administration announced that international groups must submit their country-by-country (CbC) reports for the 2024 financial year by December 31, 2025. Reports are to be filed electronically through the Tax Agency’s B2B production communication channel, with detailed submission instructions available online. The agency will review all reports to ensure their validity, and reporters must register their server certificate before filing.
